Watch of the day

What's my wrist-wear choice for today?

My Flavor Of The Day

My Wednesday wrist-wear choice is the same as my Tuesday choice, as my winning timepiece, from a recently completed auction arrived on Tuesday. This timepiece just exceeded all of my expectations. Furnace blue treatment on the bezel, index markers, and hands add an excellent highlight to the brushed and polished Black PVD bracelet and case.

The real showcase of this timepiece, is the Swiss Valjoux 7750 movement contained within. Every watch collector aspires to have a steady stable of Swiss Made, automatic timepieces, and a Swiss automatic, chronograph movement, is definitely grail worthy. The Valjoux 7750 is becoming rarer to find, due to Swatch Group's control over Swiss ETA, the company that designs the Valjoux 7750 movement, making the movement very cost-prohibitive to obtain, for watch companies outside of the Swatch Group umbrella

I had the perfect pairing for this chronograph, a flat, black PVD bracelet, with electric blue accents, by INOX. Accessory matches don't get much better than this, wrist-game level 10!
