What's my wrist-wear choice for today?
My Flavor Of The Day

Colts' football Sunday called for a late afternoon switch to one my true blue selections. My choice, the Alexander Olyn, A420, Swiss Valjoux 7750, from their Vanquish collection. It definitely must have been some good juju, as the Colts pretty much slept-walked through the first 2 1/2 quarters against the NY Giants, but found their magic late in the 2nd-half of the game, posting a come-from-behind victory of the Giants, 28 - 27.
As for the timepiece, the Alexander is a true grail-worthy timepiece. Not only carrying the "Swiss Made" designation, but housing a tried-and-true luxury, automatic, chronograph movement, in the Valjoux 7750. Matte and polished black ionic plating, on all sides of the case and bracelet, afford a nice contrasting backdrop to the electric blue plating on the bezel, and electric blue index markers, and hands.
Pairing the Alexander A420, with a little different bracelet than I usually wear with my timepieces, a flat link bracelet, designed by INOX, which perfectly captures the matte black and electric blue colors, prominent within the timepiece.
