My Flavor Of The Day
For Sunday, we had more wintry weather than was originally forecast. So today, was an even more lazy Sunday than usually, as outside of clearing off the cars, shoveling snow, and sledding with my Daughter, today was largely spent vegetating in front of the good old fashioned boob tube, that's slang for television for the younger generation out there.
My wrist-wear choice for this lazy, wintry day, is the Jorg Gray, 6500, Commemorative Edition. The Jorg Gray is a sharp-enough looking chronograph, and there is nothing "special" from a design aspect, that immediately jumps out about this timepiece, but this timepiece is a nice conversation piece. The conversation surrounds what this what was designed to commemorate, the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama.
This model timepiece, was apparently the preferred watch of choice to wear, by President Obama, and was a timepiece that was originally gifted to President Obama, by his Secret Service Detail. The brand, Jorg Gray, not to lose out on a golden marketing opportunity, created a special edition of the Barack Obama timepiece, and of course with a higher price tag to match. If the watch is good enough for the President, it's good enough for me.
