My Flavor Of The Day

For Saturday, I got the opportunity to revisit one of the newest arrivals to my collection, the Melbourne, Hawthorne Chronograph. This timepiece is my first exposure to the Melbourne brand, which is based out of Melbourne, Australia. My initial thoughts, I've found this timepiece to be very solid, and polished in detail. The bracelet, at first sight, appears to be manufactured with a 5 piece, multi-link design, but ingeniously, the link is one solid link, designed to give the appearance of a multi-link design.
Clean dial lay-out, with chapter ring, index markers, and chronograph registers clearly visible, with enough high-polished touches to allow this sport chronograph to feel perfectly at home in more dressier venues, if called upon. Some really nice design nuances with this timepiece, that I will get into, with more detail, in my upcoming unboxing and mini-tour.
I decided to pair this beautiful chronograph, with a minimalist, hematite, beaded bracelet, perfectly complimenting the brushed, polished, and matte tones, prominently featured within this timepiece.
