My Flavor Of The Day
For Friday, closing out my busy work week, with a timepiece that screams springtime, which was even more fitting with temperatures in the 60's today. My choice, is the Invicta "Creamsicle" Grand Diver.
This Grand Diver is sporting a strap mod, that I had designed specifically for this timepiece. The strap consists of a cowhide leather, from an actual baseball. Meant to be a theme watch for my beloved Baltimore Orioles, I asked the strap designer, It's Baseball Time, to use orange stitching, rather than the traditional red stitching from the seams. I've said it before, the easiest, and most affordable way to change the attitude of a watch, is to make a strap change. And this watch strap says this timepiece is ready for the first pitch on opening day!
Pairing this delicious mashup of vanilla and Orange, with a calico, custom, beaded bracelet, designed by Beads By Gonzo, which perfectly captures the myriad of colors and contrasts within this timepiece and strap. Play Ball!
