Watch of the day

What's my wrist-wear choice for today?

My Flavor Of The Day

Zinvo Blade, Automatic

My tastes in various timepieces has definitely changed throughout my years of watch collecting, and my Friday watch of the day exemplifies this. Today, I'm sporting the Zinvo Blade, Automatic. I've always stressed that each individual watch collection, speak to the unique style and tastes of the wearer. For me personally, while I love traditional dive and pilot looks, I never shy away from wearing a timepiece with designs that push the envelope of the status quo.

The Zinvo Blade, automatic checks all of the "unique" boxes. Many brands have utilized the "turbine" look in recent years, but Zinvo is one of the few brands to actually incorporate this look into an actual, functional part of the timepiece; as the blade hand serves as the constant, running second hand.

This timepiece is on the opposite end of the color spectrum, from my Oris worn yesterday, but the use of contrasting tones and colors against the gunmetal case, still gives this timepiece a dynamic wrist presence, and overall look on the wrist.

Pairing the Zinvo Blade today, with a minimalist, Hematite stone bracelet, designed by Aurum Brothers, perfectly capturing and complimenting the dark tones within the timepiece.
