My Wednesday, watch-of-the-day selection, is the Casio, Tough Solar, G-Shock. This timepiece is the 3rd G-Shock in my collection. I'm a firm believer, if you're desiring to have your watch collection be comprised of watches for any and all occasions, then a G-Shock is a must have.
The G-Shock is the true, grab-n-go timepiece, and is tough as nails, literally ready to handle anything you throw at it. This was my first G-Shock timepiece on the composite material bracelet, but it is surprisingly super comfortable on the wrist. The composite bracelet material is lightweight, and the comfort level rivals, if not exceeds, the usual, standard rubber straps found on the G-Shock timepieces.
I love the blacked-out look of this piece, but the dial can be a little tricky to read under some lighting conditions, but this G-Shock is otherwise rock solid!
My matchy matchy accessory today, is another custom, beaded bracelet, designed by Beads By Gonzo, to complete the "Johnny Cash" ensemble.
