My Flavor Of The Day
For my Thursday watch of the day, I decided to go back to Bulova, Lunar Pilot, Special Edition. As one of the watches on my personal, "must own" list for 2019, this timepiece did not disappoint. The frosted case finish, clean dial look (especially for a chronograph), and leather strap are very well done on this timepiece; excellent fit-and-finish all around.
I love timepieces that have a backstory, worthy of being a true conversation piece; and this timepiece, a commemoration of Bulova's contribution to the success of the Apollo 15 missions, is just such a watch.
The white on black contrast theme, is carried through, with my wrist accessory of choice today, in the custom bracelet, crafted by Beads By Gonzo. My Wrist-Game status today, is all systems go!
