For Saturday, I'm running it back with the Invicta brand, and this time, it's the model that started my interest in watch collecting, many, many moons ago, the Invicta, Pro Diver 8926OB.
From a style and design standpoint, it's easy to see why this model caught fire, and has been the flagship model for Invicta, with its heavy Rolex Submariner influence. And at 40mm, it also has a case size that can be universally worn by both ladies and gents. I've dubbed the 8926OB as the model that has launched a million watch collections, probably more like 10 million. This timepiece is also a prime example, that a fantastic look on the wrist, doesn't have to cost multiple hundreds or thousands of dollars, as I acquired this timepiece for well under $70; and for a 200 meter water resistant timepiece, with a Seiko NH35A automatic movement, that's pretty spectacular!
Liquid black can be the caption for my wrist pairing today, as the minimalist, Hematite stone bracelet, designed by Aurum Brothers, provides the perfect accessorized look.
