For my Thursday WOTD, with all the beautiful sunshine today, I felt like opting for a timepiece with a little color. Problem solved, with the Szanto, "Icon Series" Danny Sullivan, Racing Chronograph mod. This modded timepiece is a prime example of how a timepiece's complete personality, can be transformed with a change in dial color and strap. Previously, the dial and strap on this Szanto were Black, a fairly common, an inconspicuous look. But add Gulf Racing colors, and you've got a literal party on the wrist.
As great as the dial turned-out on this mod, finding the right, complementary strap was crucial. And after a bit of searching online, the Straton, non-round, 3-hole racing strap, seemed like the obvious choice.
