My Flavor Of The Day
For Sunday, my WOTD choice is one of my rarely worn timepieces, in the Detomaso, Trieste, Globetrotter. The last time I strapped this puppy on the wrist was late September of 2019. Each time I rediscover this piece, it's a true joy for me, much like receiving the piece for the very first time.
Surprisingly, I've had very few world-time timepieces within my collection, but the Trieste is a great looking timepiece, and has super affordability; the true definition of a beater timepiece. The addition of the striped, color-matched NATO, is more proof that the right strap or bracelet, can make, or break a timepiece. And this NATO changed the entire attitude of this timepiece, from the standard, Blue leather strap the piece originally shipped on.
