My Flavor of the Day
The Blancpain, Fifty Fathoms, "Dark Knight" is my wristwear choice for Tuesday. This Blancpain was probably my most sought after timepiece in my collection, and it doen't disappoint. The stealthy presence of the watch is accentuated by the strap, dial, and bezel, with greyed-out numerals, index markers, and stitching on the sailcloth strap. The bezel numbers become more visible under enhanced lighting, but under normal lighting situations are barely visible.
Pairing the "Dark Knight" with a set of Aurum Brothers, minimalist hematite beads, enhancing the triple-black effect.
