For Saturday, and my numerous missions planned, it only makes sense that I wear the Sturmanski, Mars - Cosmonaut trainer, Limited Edition.
There is so much cool factor with this timepiece. First is the floating dial, held in place by 3 stalks at the case, to replicate the boosters and launch pad of a Soyuz rocket. Then, there's the colored, enamel inlays on the sides of the case, that matches perfectly with the accents on the dial and chapter ring. Being a watch commissioned for use in the Cosmonaut training program, this watch is also engineered with aniti-shock, and anti-magnetic tolerances.
Additionally, the caseback engraving, speaks to the level of overall detail contained within this timepiece. The Mars provides a stunning look on the wrist, with plenty of wrist presence at 48mm, and simply has me over the moon.
