Getting a fast start to my Monday, wearing the Straton Watch Company, Daily Driver - Orange. I have affectionately dubbed this piece as the "Red Panda", for obvious reasons. I've got more than my share of racing chronographs that sport various iterations of Monaco / Gulf Racing colors, so I was glad to see Straton offer this model with a solid dial, and Orange / Black just happens to be one of my favorite color schemes.
The Daily driver comes in at the perfect case size for me, at 44mm, with the thin Tachymeter scale, which doubles as the bezel, giving the dial an extremely prominent viewing window. The combination of Orange, Black, and White on the dial is the perfect mix of colors, and affords a stunning look.
