My Flavor Of The Day
For Wednesday, getting over Wednesday's hump, with the Duxot, Maris Diver. This has really been a very underrated timepiece within my collection, as there are some very interesting design elements to the Maris. For starters, on the surface, what appears to be your standard, cushioned-case diver, upon closer inspection, actually has a facet-cut case, giving the case a very 3-dimensional look.
There are plenty of contrasts, which gives the dial of this Duxot plenty of depth and clarity. The White on black indices adds to the clear presentation on the wrist. And to accentuate the subtle Orange accents, I decided to add a custom, Ostrich-leg strap, which seems to set the dial off even more.
Pairing the Duxot, with a custom-made, bracelet, crafted by Beads By Gonzo, to enhance my Orange and Black, hump day, Wrist-Game attack!
