Watch of the day (WOTD)

What's my wrist-wear choice for today?

My Flavor Of The Day

Invicta Reserve, Pro Diver Chronograph

My Tuesday selection, is the Invicta Reserve, Pro Diver Chronograph. The last time I had this timepiece on, was on a Tuesday, kind of interesting, random stat. I often wonder how conscious my decision to wear a daily timepiece actually is. I'm assuming it's a totally random choice, outside of a new arrival, however, my mind may be keeping a subliminal mental tracker of my wearing rotation, unknowingly.

I love this Pro Diver, and it is the perfect example of bang-for-the-buck in a timepiece. Solid construction materials and build quality, out of a sub $200 watch, is something many brands can't pull-off consistently, even at the $400 - $600 price point.

The dial and bezel are the main eye-catching features of this timepiece, with the slate gray dial affording the perfect play against the Coke bezel. The Swiss Ronda chronograph movement, features 1/10th of a second timing, split-time functionality, and incorporates a big date / big day complication. You'll be hard-pressed to find a truly affordable, quartz chronograph, with all the aforementioned timing functions and complications, from any of the usual low to mid-level luxury brands.

For my accessorizing choice today, I'm pairing the Pro Diver with a Hammerhead, rope bracelet, designed by Dorsal Bracelet Company; just enjoying my Wrist-Game and a smile.
