With Memorial Day weekend quickly approaching, marking the official start of the Summer season, I felt it was time to continue with the color parade, and wear a timepiece today hat exemplifies Summer. In my current stable, nothing screams summer more, than the Breitling, Avenger - Seawolf.
Without a doubt, the yellow dial is the most eye-catching feature of this timepiece. However, the dial just happens to be the backdrop, to a complete timepiece; the mix of brushed and polished surfaces adding to the visual presentation, and certified chronometer movement, keeping spot-on accurate timing. You can really begin to see a distinction in quality separation, from the more affordable, sub $500 timepieces, to this tier of watch. This piece is more than a few years old, and not only still looks fantastic, but there is not a squeak or rattle to be heard anywhere on the bracelet.
