Watch of the day (WOTD)

What's my wrist-wear choice for today?

My Flavor Of The Day

WOTD wrist-shot of the McDowell Time, Tidewater. Paired with a marine-grade, rope bracelet, designed by Roplet UK.
McDowell Time, Tidewater

Backing-up my Tsao Sunday wear, with Maryland Micro Monday. Another fine example of Maryland watchmaking in the McDowell Time, Tidewater Diver. As tool watches go, the Tidewater is rock solid. The Engineer bracelet is nearly 6mm thick, and exhibits superlative construction.

Along with sturdy build quality, the Tidewater is engineered to be a functional dive watch, boasting water resistant properties of 200 meters. Any dive watch worth their salt, is going to have exceptional lume properties, and the Tidewater is no exception; boasting enough daytime lume, to give any lume fan a preview of great things to come.

Then there is the dial and bezel color. McDowell Time incorporates some of this most magnificent hues of Blue within their timepieces. The Orange McDowell Time logo, just seems to pop even more, whether it's against the Royal racing Blue used on the Maxton, or electric sky Blue incorporated within the design of the Tidewater. The end result is a clean, straightforward presentation of time on the wrist.

Pairing the Tidewater today, with a marine-grade, rope bracelet, designed by RopeletUK, with offers the perfect complement to the Tidewater's electric dial and bezel color scheme.
