For a Blue Monday, I'm going with one of the most stunning Blue dials within my collection, in the Oris, Aquis, Great Barrier Reef, Limited Edition II. This dial presentation varies from flat to radiant, depending on the light source, and angle with which the light hits the dial. The true beauty of this dial, remains one of the most difficult that I've tried to capture in photos.
Outside of the incredible Blue dial, the real star of this piece, is the Sellita, SW-220 movement, and unconventional day / date display. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention the smart use of Yellow accents; Yellow against Black and Blue, is a winning combination. At at shade under 46mm in case diameter, the round case, and angular lug-ends, provides a strong wrist presence.
