For Wednesday, I'm getting reacquainted with the Alsta, Nautoscaph - Superautomatic. I dare say I can't recall having a timepiece within my collection, with such great personality and backstory. The "Jaws" watch, or "Hooper" watch as it is sometime referred, is the consummate conversation piece.
Outside of the great story behind the resurrection of this timepiece, the Superautomatic is just a great looking watch. The addition of the stainless steel, rally bracelet, is the perfect addition to the Superautomatic, and totally completes the retro-vintage look of this piece.
A shark-themed timepiece, deserves a shark-themed accessory. Completing my Wrist-Game today, is the addition of a shark, rope bracelet, designed by Dorsal Bracelet Company. Not sure about a bigger boat, but if Alsta keeps designing watches like the Superautomatic, a bigger watch box will definitely be required.
