My Flavor Of The Day
For Monday, decided to make it a Blue Monday, with the McDowell Time, Tidewater Diver. Given the vibrant hue of Blue on this timepiece, this day could be re-coined, Super Blue Monday!
The Tidewater is arguably the best looking, best designed, of all my microbrand watches, as the build quality of the case and bracelet is superb! The hue of Blue used on the Tidewater is spectacular, and I can't recall ever seeing this exact color on any other timepiece. Add to the build specifications, as Swiss automatic movement, and this microbrand is really superlative among other micros. For a microbrand company, the safe play for a dive-themed timepiece, is the tried-and-true, bulletproof, submariner design. I'm glad that McDowell Time chose a more unique design, for their first diver.
My accessory pairing, to match the vibrant brilliance of the Tidewater, is a custom-crafted bracelet, designed by Beads By Gonzo. So this Blue Monday, is a lot more Bluer than normal.
