My Flavor Of The Day
Sunday fun-day, and another Colts football day! And of course, that calls for another Blue-themed timepiece selection. Up for the task today, is the Spinnaker, Tesei - Titanium.
I had been so focused on increasing my inventory of Orioles Baseball themed timepieces earlier in the year, that I didn't realize how many of my Blue watches I've sold. But the Tesei continues to hang in the rotation, mainly because it has such a non-traditional, dive - submariner look.
The subdued hues of Blue on the dial, play well with the overall muted colors on this timepiece, including a bezel that leans towards charcoal in color, and Grayed, Titanium case; there are many more audacious, dial color options to be had on the wrist, but this version of the Tesei presents a very refined look. The strap is the perfect compliment to this timepiece, and is made of a material called Cordura. And wears to me like a combination of Kevlar and Sailcloth; a very tough, rugged material.
