Watch of the day (WOTD)

What's my wrist-wear choice for today?

My Flavor Of The Day

If there's any timepiece that can chase away the mid-week Blues, this is the piece. My Wednesday WOTD is the vintage Omega, Geneve-Dynamic. Every time I wear this timepiece, I gain a new affinity for it. Mainly because, as I dig deeper into the storied history of Omega's Geneve-Dynamic line, this piece, in this condition, appears to be a fairly rare bird, as vintage pieces go.

The elliptical case design definitely helps with the wear and comfort of this timepiece, as most vintage pieces have a case diameter far too small for my wrist, but this case design affords a very nice wrist presence.

Many of the Geneve models were included with straps, but the bracelet definitely steps-up the game of this vintage timepiece. Once again, a bracelet matching the pristine condition of the watch, really makes this a rare find indeed.

With a timepiece as bold and distinctive as the Geneve - Dynamic, sporting the trademark Racing Dial, it definitely calls for an accessory just as dynamic. Enter the Wind Sail, paracord Bacelet, with colors that match the dial perfectly; a dynamic-duo for sure.
