Watch of the day (WOTD)
What's my wrist-wear choice for today?
My Flavor Of The Day

My Saturday selection, is a timepiece that hasn't gotten the wrist-time it so richly deserves, in the Melbourne, Hawthorne Chronograph. This piece is a really nice chronograph, that can serve dual function in more dressier situations, given the polished accents on the bracelet.
The Melbourne features a nice multi-level dial, with contrasting patterns. I happen to feel there isn't a better combination in wrist watches, than a Black dial, with silver index marker accents, wrapped in brushed and polished stainless steel; a very clean overall presentation.
The bracelet on this Melbourne magnificent, and extremely comfortable on the wrist. This timepiece was one of the Watch Gang, Monthly Black Subscription offerings, and was easily a bargain grab at that time, for the monthly subscription price of $99; another grab-n-go, daily wearer, with premium wrist aesthetics.
Further playing on the polished accents of this piece, I've coordinated the look of the Hawthorne, with a minimalist, Hematite stone bracelet, designed by Aurum Brothers; liquid metal on full display.
