Sometimes you make a watch-of-the-day selection, and sometimes your watch-of-the-day selection is made for you. Such is the case with my Saturday selection, the Pramzius, Fall of the Berlin Wall - Limited Edition.
Today, marks the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. And there is no better, or poignant watch, that I can wear today, to mark such a momentous, and historic occasion. The Pramzius, Fall of the Berlin Wall watch is a true masterpiece. The build materials and quality on this watch are amazing; from the marbel dial with graffiti relief, to the actual pieces of the Berlin Wall, set into the crown, this watch encompasses everything that a limited edition timepiece should be.
There should be nothing that feels "off the shelf" when it comes to a limited edition timepiece, and everything about the Pramzius screams custom-made! I've never been a big fan of integrated strap designs, but the engineering on this strap / case allows this 48mm behemoth to ride comfortably on the wrist.
This Pramzius represents a fantastic tribute to one of the most iconic moments in World history, and I will wear it proudly. Pairing the FOTBW with a custom-crafted bracelet, designed by Beads By Gonzo which complements both the look of the marble dial, and weathered look of the case.
