Watch of the day (WOTD)
What's my wrist-wear choice for today?
My Flavor Of The Day

For Saturday, it's a new watch alert, as today I had the pleasure to strap on a much anticipated watch, the McDowell Time, Tidewater. This is my second go-around with the McDowell Time micro-brand. And their previous effort, the Maxton Chronograph, still gets regular turns within my wearing rotation. It was love at first sight with the Maxton, and the same holds true for the Tidewater.
The Blue bezel / dial, with Orange accents, was an instant eye-catcher for me. But it's the specific hue of Blue that McDowell Time chose to use, that allows the Orange accents to POP even more. The cushioned case shares bloodlines with the Maxton, however, the choice by Bill McDowell to add an Engineer bracelet to the design, really gives this piece some serious wrist presence.
Pairing the Tidewater today, with a custom-made bracelet, crafted by Beads By Gonzo. Giving my Wrist-Game today, an extra, added pop of color.
